In this hands-on session, attendees will examine the use of the Auto Predict feature that can accelerate and improve the accuracy of planning processes. Discover how IPM Insights can utilize pattern recognition to offer insights and reduce the time spent on data analysis. Finally, attendees will evaluate the potential for using Machine Learning (ML) Model Import to perform what-if analysis on a trained ML model.

Connections and Data Sources in Essbase 21c
In this hands-on session, discover how global and application-level connections can be defined in Essbase 21c, allowing for direct integration with external databases, both on-premises and in the cloud. Attendees will discover how to build both simple and parameterized data sources that facilitate various administrator activities, such as building cubes and loading data. You will also examine Essbase 21c's drill-through reporting capabilities to understand how transactional data can be blended with Essbase data.

Enterprise Journals in FCC
Discover how Enterprise Journals can be used in FCC to prepare and approve template and ad-hoc journal entries for inclusion in the general ledger posting. During this hands-on session attendees will gain an understanding of how the Enterprise Journals module is configurable and customizable for any target application, including cloud and on-premises ERP applications. Discover the benefits, including a single point of entry for all manual journals, a full workflow to automate approval routing, and standardized templates based on journal types and target systems. In addition, attendees will learn how validation criteria can be used to ensure the "correctness" of journal data.
