Many roadblocks that an Oracle development team encounters
can be removed with minimal effort. The team needs to remain physically and mentally
healthy, get adequate training, and learn about the Oracle toolsets needed to complete
tasks. Allowing sufficient time for the team to care for themselves, family,
friends, circumstances, and the business is key to continued project success. Managers
need to be a friend as well as a task master, considering every distraction and
dealing with it effectively. Employees need an organized place of work where
